A 45-minute, confidential, individual counselling session for staff allows your staff to talk about their feelings, challenges and mistakes in a non-judgemental space

Crisis Intervention

In the case of an unfortunate event, staff and campers may experience shock, trauma, fear and other mental health issues. Bringing someone in can help navigate supports, identify needs and normalize and validate feelings. A third-party can take pressure off of the leadership.
